Kara no Kyōkai Movie 1: Fukan Fuukei: When an odd string of suicides begins to occur at a local high rise building, most of the townsfolk treat it as an unfortunate series of events. One girl, however, senses something more sinister at work - especially when a close friend of hers falls mysteriously ill. After witnessing one of the deaths for herself, Shiki begins to realize that a strange connection exists between each of the girls, and predicts a total of eight will die. With seven dead and the accuracy of her prediction unclear, she sets out to put an end to the killings. Yet, as she nears the truth, she finds herself closer and closer to the brink of death; will Shiki become the town’s savior, or the next victim?
Kara no Kyōkai Movie 2: Satsujin Kousatsu Part 1: A string of gruesome murders has happened in a quiet town. The killer is getting more accustomed to murder and there is no clue insight. Against this backdrop the story of Ryougi Shiki’s first meeting with Mikiya Kokutou which will eventually shape her life is fleshed out.
Kara no Kyōkai Movie 3: Tsuukaku Zanryuu: July 1998 - After a group of delinquents is found dead in their hangout place with all their limbs twisted and torn off, Aozaki Touko receives a request to find the murderer and asks Shiki for help. The main suspect is Asagami Fujino; a girl who was the boys’ plaything until recently, who Shiki believes to be “one of her kind”. Meanwhile, Kokutou Mikiya’s friend from school, Gakuto, asks him to find a missing young man related to the group of delinquents, who apparently escaped the massacre and went into hiding, fearing for his life.
Kara no Kyōkai Movie 4: Garan no Dou: Ryougi Shiki is lead to the hospital accompanied by Koukuto Mikiya. More than being hurt pretty badly, she has lost a very important part of herself.
Kara no Kyōkai Movie 5: Mujun Rasen: In the middle of October 1998, Enjou Tomoe is attacked by bullies from his old school and saved by Ryougi Shiki. He asks her to hide him at her place and admits that he killed someone. Several days after the incident there are still no broadcasts about the murder as if it didn’t happen.
Kara no Kyōkai Movie 6: Boukyaku Rokuon: The plot of this movie revolves around the Reien boarding school, which Azaka attends in order to solve the mystery about faeries. Shiki is sent in through Touko’s orders to provide aid, though the aid is quite unwanted by Azaka.
Kara no Kyōkai Movie 7: Satsujin Kousatsu Part 2: The finale of a string of movies based of a series of light novels by Kinoko Nasu. In the final movie, the story revolves around the appearance of multiple murders as well as the disappearance of Ryougi Shiki, and Kokutou Mikiya’s attempt to unravel the mysteries of the murders and Shiki’s whereabouts.
